For a stay in August 2024
“Highly recommended, cozy, warm”
We
spent 2 wonderful weeks at Mowhay Cottage, Eastrose, St Breward. The
cottage is cozy, clean, well-maintained and well-equipped with all the
necessary and helpful things and household items needed for a
self-catering holiday. The cottage was authentic to the online listing.
The location is ideal, set in the special landscape of Bodmin Moor.
Immediately adjacent there are 5 small lakes/ponds with many places to
relax and picnic areas, lovingly maintained and landscaped. Anyone
looking for solitude will find it in this landscape and surroundings. On
the other hand, it is wonderfully centrally located to explore Cornwall
in all directions within a manageable distance, on foot or by car. The
landlords, Becky and Matthew, are loving and warm-hearted people who are
always available to give advice and support when you need it. It was
our 6th stay in the UK, 3 of which were in Cornwall. We would choose
Mowhay Cottage, Eastrose, St Breward again at any time.
